You can place orders online securely with www.karhu.com, simply browse our products, add the desired items to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout. Orders will be processed within 2 business days. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Out of stock orders will not be charged to your card, we will contact you and suggest to keep these in back order, and only charge you when the back ordered goods are actually shipped.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We ship orders with in USA and Canada, Australia and New Zealand only. All web orders are FOB Fife, WA. If you would like to obtain a proof of delivery email us separately, any lost packages or items must be claimed with the carrier of your selection.

We allow 48 hours for order processing after order placement. This is rare but can occur during peak shipping seasons. All tracking information is emailed 24 hours after the order is shipped.

All Canadian, Australian and New Zealand orders are shipped via USPS, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. All Canadian, Australian and New Zealand customers are required to pay duty upon arrival and the VAT / GST based on the delivery address.

RETURN POLICY

Returns may be mailed to us within 30 days of receipt with the product and packaging in proper condition. Unless the goods were sold with a discount, all discounted sales are final no returns are possible.

Only product purchased directly from www.karhu.com or via phone order from Karhu USA can be returned to our return processing center. Any unauthorized return of Karhu product will not be accepted or processed at our processing center. The sender of unauthorized returns will be responsible for all return shipment costs.

Important: Product must be clean and the box in proper condition to be accepted.
Under garments such as briefs, boxers, undershorts, underpants may not be returned for size exchange or refunds due to hygienic reasons we can not restock these items.
All sneakers must be in the condition you received them and in the original box.
Warranty related product returns must be shipped to the same address as listed above. All products returned for warranty related reasons will be inspected upon the return of the product.

**Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

You may send this shipment to us by prepaid Fed Ex or US Postal Service.
Please insure the shipment as we can not be responsible for uninsured packages. Tell us the reason for your return and include a daytime telephone number and the original delivery note with card details for funds crediting.
